We offer many programs for all levels of Riding from Beginner to Grand Prix.
We have a full service boarding facility from  training horses to lessons for both you and your horse.
We have great lesson packages.
You may also Trailer in your horse for lessons.

Our philosophy is to bring out the best in both the horse and rider to help them to achieve their personal riding goals - we hope to see you soon.

*All Lessons Require a minum of 12 hours Cancellation Notice or you will be charged for lesson.
**Bounce check fee is $50
***All clients must groom and tack up their horses before each lesson

1/2 Hour Private Lesson       $35
1 Hour Private Lesson            $50
1 Hour Group Lesson              $40
( No more than 4 people )
In order to participate in a group lesson students must be able to walk and trot by themselves and have control of the horse.
Anyone who is on lead line will not be able to participate in group a lesson.

I can also travel to your place - There will be an extra fee for gas.

Show and Training Rides By Sarah  $50 Per Show Day

We have great LESSON HORSES available for lessons and showing. All our lesson horses are of show quality.We also have a KIDS lesson pony.
All you need to start Horse Riding Lessons is a Helmet and Riding boots!

Shavings Price per bag $8. Price will vary depending on show and how many bags needed.
Hauling $100 Price may vary depending on gas prices.
Clipping and Mane pulling $35

Tack room Set up $10
Tack Stall prices will vary between shows. To be divided up amongst Clients showing.
Hay/Feed prices will vary between shows. To be divided up amongst Clients showing.

****Lesson HORSE's available for showing $5 per day. All exspences must be paid/split by clients for exsample - Stall, shavings - Class entries and all other showing fee's.****

Out of State Shows

Looking at Sales Horses
Local  $60
Out of state $100 a day plus hotel, and travel exspenses to be paid.

Sales Commission
If you are buying or selling a horse the sales commission is 10% to be paid to S & F Ranch LLC .
This means if you are buying a horse and S & F Ranch helps to find the right horse for you. The Finders Fee is 10% of the Final purchase price to be paid to S & F Ranch by the buyer. Selling Fee's are 10% of the Final Sales price to be paid to S & F Ranch by the Seller.
